Heinrich Dunst focuses on the analysis of art and the exploration of its potential, whereby language and object are in an open, often spatial dialog. The artist creates interventions and performances that navigate the gap between what can be seen and what can be said, the untranslatability of one form into another, and the contextual nature of spatial presentations.

On the occasion of the recently published exhibition catalogue of Heinrich Dunst's site specific solo presentation SINK at HALLE FÜR KUNST Steiermark in Graz, the artist himself and Georg Imdahl open up a conversation.
